This 4-week program is for you if you want to try Intermittent Fasting (IF) and don't know where to start or have tried it before and come unstuck. Intermittent Fasting is an excellent way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. It also repairs your body on a cellular level,  helps protect against disease, and promotes healthy longevity.
