How The Programme Works

Each week, over a 12 week period, you will receive a new online workshop. Watch the workshop, carry out any tasks or action steps required, then book a consultation to create your personal action plan and answer your questions.

You will get full support with your individual consultations, workshops and accompanying planners and checklists.
