As a Living Nutrition Practitioner with a particular passion for helping women over 40 achieve optimal health, I take a whole body approach that addresses the root causes of ill-health. With a background in nutrition and food science, I understand the importance of personalised nutrition in supporting overall well-being.
After a successful career in management, I realised the impact of my diet and lifestyle on my own health when perimenopause hit in my forties. Struggling with exhaustion, excess weight, and sleep issues, I know I had to make changes before my health declined further. This personal experience inspired me to become a Health Coach, Weight Loss Coach, and eventually a Living Nutrition Practitioner, so I could help others step by step to achieve their health goals.
I specialise in getting to the root cause of nutrition-related issues, whether it's gut health problems, weight management challenges or navigating the changes that menopause and ageing bring. I have also helped clients with conditions that include arthritis, MS, IBS and diverticular disease. I understand that everyone is unique, and a one-size-fits-all approach won't work. That's why I provide real food solutions for real life, tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
My approach to healthy eating is not about strict diets or complicated meal plans. I believe that learning to eat healthily should be enjoyable and sustainable. With my guidance and support, my clients have experienced increased energy, weight loss, improved sleep, reduced inflammation and improvements to overall health. It's my absolute privilege and pleasure to support each one of them along their unique path to a healthy diet and lifestyle.
